The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has mounted a seven-day time-frame for candidates to report mistakes or discrepancies in queries asked within the numerous examinations conducted by it.
Thousands of scholars seem in numerous enlisting examinations conducted by the Commission. These embody the civil services examination to pick out IAS and IPS officers among others.
"For every examination, a time-frame of seven days (a week) i.e. from ensuing day of the examination date to six PM of the seventh day is mounted for the candidates to form representations to the Commission on the queries asked within the papers of that examination," the UPSC same in a very note, created public recently.
For example, if paper of Associate in Nursing examination is conducted on March one, a willdidate can build illustration by six pm on March eight, the Commission same.
The illustration should solely be submitted on-line (by email at email Id -- examination -upsc@gov.in) and no illustration by post/hand canill be entertained, it said.
"No representation will be entertained under any circumstances after this window of seven days is over," the UPSC said.
It is probably the first time that the UPSC has fixed a deadline for candidates to make representations on exam papers, officials said.
